The Red Arrow family not only includes our employees, but our loyal passengers as well. We wanted to give back to the people in the communities we service and to the supportive passengers who’ve been with us for years.
Red Arrow was built off one man’s vision to completely change the transportation industry for passengers. R.B. Colborne saw an opportunity to elevate bus service by providing a luxury experience people had never seen before. After decades in the transportation industry, Colborne officially launched Red Arrow Motorcoach on July 9, 1979.
Hint: Red Arrow's Core Values of Teamwork and Positive Attitude both help Motivate!
Research shows that greater workplace results are achieved when employees feel motivated at work. Higher motivation means better quality work and increased workplace satisfaction! We are more likely to exceed the expectations on a project or task if we have a healthy amount of motivation to fuel it. However, we know motivation can sometimes be hard to find, so we have compiled a couple of easy every-day practices to help boost your productivity and drive.
We have a lot to be proud of at Red Arrow with our longtime service in Alberta. We also take pride in being Canadian based, in being family owned, and in our inspirational leaders, namely owner and CEO, Mike Colborne.
Corporate travel budgets, while nice to have during good times, are usually the first to go when the economy loses steam or competitive pressures mount. Regardless of whether your chief travel concern is shuttling employees between multiple offices, travel for corporate events, or making your sales team more productive, there are several ways to save money on travel before it's too late and you have to cut deep into your travel budget.
In order to avoid your travel budget being seen as the first opportunity to trim the fat, look for progressive and reasonable methods to create savings in the existing budget in order to avoid more drastic cuts later on.
