I Missed The Coach! Can I Travel On The Next One?

if-you-miss-your-coachIf you travel for business or rely on the coach for transportation, there is nothing worse than missing your coach. While we understand that circumstances out of your control sometimes get in the way of you making the coach and we hope that we can help you with getting safely to your destination. Unfortunately, if you miss your coach, you cannot travel on the next one. When you miss the coach without informing Red Arrow, your seat goes “Empty”, and cannot be exchanged for a new seat on a different coach. Red Arrow works on a reservation system, and does not sell open-ended tickets; seats purchased are for travel on a specific coach at a particular time. Always remember, if you miss your coach please contact us toll free at 1-800-232-1958, and one of our friendly Passenger Experience Representatives will be happy to assist you with rescheduling your trip.

Purchasing Tickets Last Minute

Red Arrow suggests purchasing your tickets ahead of time to ensure getting a seat. However, if you do not wish to purchase your ticket in advance, and there are still available seats, you can purchase your ticket in person if you arrive at least twenty minutes prior to departure time. Canceling or Changing My Trip

To qualify for a refund, or change of ticket, reservations must be cancelled 30 minutes prior to a.m. departures and three hours prior to p.m. departures. Time changes without proper notice can be made for a $15 service fee. Additionally, missed departures must be rebooked within 30 days of the missed trip or the full fare will be void and a new ticket must be purchased to travel again. Business Travellers with Corporate Accounts

As a Corporate Traveller you have the added benefit of being able change the date and time of your reservations, or cancel reservations, prior to your departure (with notice), WITHOUT fees or penalties, even during blackout travel days.  So if you are signed up for a Corporate Account, if you think you are going to miss tomorrow’s coach, you can easily change your reservation to something that works better for your schedule to insure you don’t miss the coach.
