Stay Safely Home was a campaign around our commitment to Safety during the worst of COVID-19 where we suspended service to ensure the safety of all staff, passengers, and the communities in which we operate. 

On June 11th, 2020, we slowly began resuming our operations with our new Safely Clean program to return to getting our passengers Safely Home.

Stay Safely Home

For over 40 years Red Arrow has been getting passengers Safely Home. Now, we're encouraging the everyone to Stay Safely Home. We're doing our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and flatten the infection rate curve, which is why we systematically and temporarily suspended our services. The health and safety of our passengers and staff has always been of utmost importance, so by asking you to Stay Safely Home, you're helping contribute to the fight against the COVID-19 virus for the whole community.





We're a travel company... so why are we doing this?

Safety Commitment: Safely Home is our brand; it has always been our deep conviction to Safety and the ultimate promise we make to each other, to our clients, and to the communities in which we operate. The Pacific Western Group of Companies is driven by safety. It is our first Core Value, and it is at the heart of all we do

Social Responsibility: Our founder RB Colborne always had a vision of people first, so it follows that during this time, the health and safety of our passengers and staff is of the utmost importance. This is why due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've temporarily suspended our services. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Leaders in People Transportation: Our response to COVID-19 was quick. We implemented extra cleaning protocols, social distancing, hygiene education in our offices, and amended our cancellation policy to take some stress away during this time. But as experts in operations of onboard experience and moving people, we ultimately knew we had to make this decision once we felt we could no longer fully protect our staff and passengers.

Supporting Alberta Communities: We have staff and their families in eight centres across the province as well as serving over 25 communities in Alberta. So, yes, we feel a responsibility to these communities, and stopping our coaches from going into them seemed like best way to serve these communities right now.



Of course, we're still here for you!

Our Core Value of Customer Service remains, so we're keeping our Call Centre open in order to answer your questions and be here for you through this time. We'll continue to keep our passengers and social media followers updated on our services and share helpful information from trusted sources.

Relax and rejuvenate: Use this time to connect with your body and mind. Practice yoga, meditation, create art, reflect in a journal - explore the different ways you can practice self-care at home.



Remember to practice social hygiene

Beyond the COVID-19 pandemic, you should always practice social hygiene. Wash your hands regularly and be conscious of the people around you. It's even more imperative to practice proper social hygiene while travelling, so remember to keep your social distance, always travel with hand sanitizer, and cover your nose/mouth when you cough or sneeze.
